The
Solace 16LT is designed for smaller paddlers (to about 170 lbs.)
The Solace 16LT is very stable with a multi-chine (four) hull design, that tracks and turns well. Our exclusive four-chine hull has shaping like a cedar strip or fiberglass kayak. The strength of the stitch & glue okoume mahogany plywood hull is greater than that of a cedar strip boat and is also less susceptible to cracking than fiberglass. Waters Dancing kayaks are 30% lighter and much stiffer than fiberglass hulls.
