Well, we are proud builders of a Solace 16XL. She is a beautiful boat and very seaworthy as my building partner Tim O'Neill stated this weekend. We launched the 16XL at China Cove Beach in Newport Beach California paddled down to Crystal Cove just north of Laguna Beach. We were greeted by some 10-15 dolphin and a group of sea lions. What a beginning !
 
The kayak building time was a little more than expected, however we feel the extra time and effort was worth it. We will start on the second Solace 16XL in the next week and I am sure we will cut down on the build time since this is so fresh in our minds.
 
Thank you so much for all your help and consideration, it was a pleasure dealing with Waters Dancing.  As you can see this boat is sleek, smooth and straight in the water, truly a great design in and out of the water.
