Dear Don,
I received my Solace 16 XL kit in March 2004. I am not the
fastest worker, but I completed my kayak on July 15, 2007 and launched it July
16.
It was fun to build. The maiden voyage was upriver about 1mile and back. What
a great time. The boat looks great on the water. I have had many compliments
on the boat from the time it started to look like something until it was
launched.
Your instruction book was very clear. I would recommend Waters Dancing to
anyone who wants to build a kayak.
